Anyone experiancing with Camera Raw editor, mine keeps freezing when using sliders. keep having to shift alt del to close (reports, not responding)

I've worked out it only does with 8-Bit selected, 16-Bit seems fine.

What version of photoshop elements, camera raw and operating system are you using?
It's the latest Elements and Elements Raw 2024, 64-bit Windows 10
Anoying, now experiencing same with 16-bit selected
