PSE 22 won't launch after reinstallation

Had to do a new install od Win 10.  When I reinstalled PSE 22 from my download files I got a message it couldn't launch, error code 11.  Creating a shortcut did not help.

What kind of new install of Win 10 did you perform?  A fresh install after a reformat of a disk, or an install that preserved your prior data?  I assume it was the latter, in which case, there are likely some files that remain that need to be removed. 

 

While I could probably give you some instructions to remove all traces of Elements from your machine, your best bet is to contact Elements support.
