I've been on with customer service twice trying to resolve this issue with no success. My PSE9 started getting really glitchy this year and finally stopped working entirely. Couldn't open it. So, I uninstalled it and then went to my online account to reinstall, only there was no link listed for me to do so. So, customer service provided me with a link instead. (Download Photoshop Elements versions 9, 8, 7)
I attempted to download the Mac version multiple times using multiple browsers and every time, I got an error message of some kind that the file was either corrupted, damaged or incomplete. I uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom 6 without a problem so I have no idea why this one isn't working unless the file is, in fact, damaged somehow. Anyway, customer service gave up on me and told me to ask for help here. I just want to reinstall a product that I paid for. I realize it's old, but it suits my needs perfectly so I don't want to upgrade.
Help, please?
