I got an image with six "cloud 2" custom shapes which show in my on-screen image. When I try to save this image to a PNG or JPEG, or when I try to print this image using PSE's own print tool, these cloud shapes, which surround text boxes, are lost. Does anyone know what the problem is?

What are six "cloud 2" custom shapes?
Where did you get them?
Do they show up on a separate layer?
Please provide your workflow, step-by-step.

Thanks for your reply.
The "cloud 2" shape comes from PSE's own library of custom shapes.
I first added the text boxes in the white space surrounding a single cartoon image. Then I added each "cloud 2" around each text box. To get all the "cloud 2" shapes to display at once on-screen, I had to merge the six layers with the "cloud 2" shapes into a single layer. This leaves me with a screen image that shows the cartoon, the six text-boxes, and the cloud-2 shapes around each text box. When I try to save this image to a PNG or JPEG, the cartoon and text boxes remain, but the cloud-2 shapes disappear. I also tried other format options like TIFF and PDF, and got the same problem. Likewise the clouds failed to print when I used PSEs own print option to try and print the image.
It is actually the borders of the clouds that are failing to print. The background is white and the clouds are white. I am beginning to suspect that the two line black border around each cloud I see on-screen is just a border to show me the area of the image defined by each cloud, and not something intended to print.

Upon further experimentation, I think that what I call borders, PSE calls bevels. Using bevels, I was able to get an acceptable image that I could save to a PNG.
