PSE not working now after installing Mojave

Hi! I am online instructor for Digital Scrapper and I teach students how to use PSCC and PSE to create digital scrapbook pages. Because of that, I have to have the last four versions of PSE on my computer.

Yesterday I made the giant mistake of installing Mojave on my laptop. Once it finished installing, I tried to open PSE 2019 and I received an error message:

To be clear, the PSE 2019 welcome hub/screen opens but the second I click on the Editor option, I get the above message.

The crazy thing is that I get this error message for ALL FOUR versions of PSE.

So, I uninstalled them.

And then I spent all afternoon downloading PSE 2019 again and after it finished installing, I got the exact same error message.

I had zero issues before Mojave. Why is this happening now? Am I missing a key file on my hard drive in order for PSE to work w/ Mojave? None of my students are having this exact issue either. I need help and I think it's total crap that Adobe doesn't have the chat or phone option available for PSE troubleshooting.

So, if any one of you has a clue as to what I can try to get this fixed - I would be forever grateful.

PS - I did try doing the Accessibility workaround that's online and that didn't work.

Thanks for any help you can give!

Hello,

Apologies for the inconvenience you faced.

Please use the CC Cleaner tool first and then try installing PSE. Use the CC Cleaner Tool for installation issues

Let me know if you still face any issues.

Thanks,

Medha
