PSE organizer 2024 doesn't display file names

I installed PSE Organizer 2024 and downloaded many images into it.  If I have more than one image on the screen, the file names and the rating tags of the images are not displayed.  My previous versions of PSE always displayed file names and rating tags underneath an image. 

What setting do I change to display file names and rating tags underneath images?

Thank you very much for resolving my problem.  One very frustrated PSE use is no longer frusstrated.  I've been using PSE since version 2.

I had the same problems with upgrade from 2018 to 2024. Previous tags held with picture but not showing up on right hand side of screen tags. I had 50,000 files all categorised into tags, categories and sub categories.   Contacted help desk and the solution worked.

Go into File - Manage - make sure you select the catalogue (in the box below the options) .

You can now select a range of options on the right - select optimize then repair

Go back into main organizer screen and all tags there - so should categories - to pick up all sub sategories go to the main category (high level) - right click and select expand all.

Briliant everthing back to normal or thats what it looks like today - doing a bckup before fully testing
