PSE problem with clone stamp?

New Here ,
Nov 24, 2018 Nov 24, 2018

Hi. I am running a Mac with Mojave recently installed. I have PSE for 2015 and 2019. For both versions, the clone stamp does not function.

Using option / alt click combined with the rh mouse button brings up a selection pane for the brushes.

Is it possible to reset all tools to default settings another way without using System Preferences / General etc...? That does not appear to make a difference.

Perhaps it is a key I've utilised at one time that has caused the change - similar to that when the caps lock is left on and its effect on the cursor?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction!

On the tool's option bar, look for a box with lines in it, bottom right. Click here to reset the tool or all tools.

Hi. Your solution didn't work. In addition to making the change I quit the program and restarted the Mac.

Thanks Medha. That did the trick. I think it maybe a quirk in PSE due to my recent installation of Mojave.

Also thanks to hatstead for the earlier suggestion.

Regards

Chris
