PSE10 Videos quer

Hallo,

wir haben Photoshop Elements 10 und PSE2021.

Meine Frau hat das Problem, dass auf PSE10 die Videosequenzen quer dargestellt werden (vgl. Sreenshoot)..

Aud der Festplatte unter "Bilder" und auch in PSE2021 werden die Videos richtig gargestellt.

Was kann ich machen, damit auch in PSE10 die Videos richtig dargestellt werden?

I don't think there is anything you can do to change the video orientation in Elements 10.  Was the video recorded on a phone?  Can the video be played in the Organizer?

Die Videosequenz wurde mit dem Samsung S20+ aufgenommen.

Im Orgenizer von PSE10 kann ich es nur verkehrt abspielen.

Nur in "Bilder" auf der Festplatte und in PSE 2021 kommt es richtig.

Videos from phones sometimes have non-standard formats and an older program like Elements 10 cannot interpret things such as the orientation of the video.  My suggestion would be to re-encode the Samsung video, using a free utility known as Handbrake.  If Handbrake plays the video in the correct orientation, simply encode the video into a standard .mp4 file.  If Handbrake previews the video at the wrong angle, it is possible to rotate the video to the correct orientation while re-encoding.  I expect that Elements 10 will be able to view the encoded video correctly.

der Hinweis auf "Handbrake" war sehr gut.

Jetzt kann ich die Videos auch in PSE10 richtig sehen.
