adobe have asked me to post this again PSE14 organiser wonr open message shows. "Photoshop elements is open but not responding. To open a new instance you must first close the existing photoshop elements process, or restart your computer".

And what happens when you reboot your computer and start the organizer from scratch?

Try sending the app to the trash and then re-download from your app store purchases. Let us know if that works.

An update to Photoshop Elements 14 is now available on Mac App Store that has the fix of Elements Organizer launch issue on MAC 10.12.
