PSE15 has stopped working

So, just got PSE15 installed. Associated PSD files with the program. PSD files load fine from within the program, but when I try to double-click on a PSD file in Windows Explorer, I get a PSE15 has stopped working message.

Can anyone confirm this, or guess what's wrong?
