PSE15 histogram question.

In my previous version 11, I was able to adjust a photo directly from the histogram just by dragging any of 3 arrowed points. Is there no way to do this in V15? It appears the histogram is just a display with no means of photo editing.

Maybe your thinking of Levels

Enhance>Adjust Lighting>Levels

or

Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Levels
