PShop Elements 2025

Does PS Elements 2025 (windows 11 operating system) come with Camera Raw Facility, as my new camera raw files won't open in 2018 version PSE I have. I also have some LUTS which work with RAW, but haven't been able to use them yet, so it's the same fundamental question? Any help on this matter? Would be appreciated.

Last of all, woulf you go for a Brand New Download version or accept the upgrade to 2018 Elements, any potential bugs or issues anyone aware of. Thanks G

After installing Photoshop Elements 2025

you will need to download and install Camera RAW plug-in:

There is no difference between the upgrade and new versions, other than the upgrade discount you get for owning a prior version.    Elements 2025 is an entirely separate program from Elements 2018 and both can be installed on the same machine.  Also, since the license has now been changed to a three year term, the activation is tied to your Adobe account and no serial number is required.

Elements 2025 is installed with ACR 17.0.  So, if you have a newly released camera that requires 17.2 (the latest version) for example, there is a workaround that allows you to install it.  Let us know if you need that information.

And I'm not sure that Photoshop Elements allows you to use LUTs.
