Purchased from Microsoft store - where is my serial?

I have purchased elements from Microsoft store.

In order to get support I need my serial, but the order is not listed in the "orders" .

How do I find my serial, or what do I do instead?

A trial version of "Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018"  was on my new laptop.

I have purchased it. the the receipt is from Microsoft.

You will need to ask Microsoft for a serial number to go along with your purchase
