Purchased PSE15 but don't receive Serial Number

I purchased "Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 and Adobe Premiere Elements 15 - student and teacher edition"  and already received Confirmation Email but it is not contain Serial Number inside ( Serial Number : None ).

Then I try to find serial in my adobe account but found nothing even my ordered history.
