I have edited an old pic for a friend and saved to my hard drive. I want to put the finished pic to my USB drive in order to have a professional print made.

Problem is: I cant copy file to USB drive from elements or my hard drive.

Plus if I click on the file to open from my HD it automatically opens Elements.

I tried chatting with Adobe but there answer was they are not properly trained on such questions!

Please help is there a solution for this?

What OS and version of Elements are you using?

What happens if you copy and paste the file in Windows Explorer?

If you open the file in the Editor, do a Save As and save it on your USB drive.

Or, if you are using the Organizer, click and drag the file to your USB drive.
