Question about my newly installed Adobe Photoshop Elements / Premiere Elements 2022

I bought the Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2022 from Best Buy and successfully installed it a few hours ago.  I would like to ask a question about the Photoshop Elements 'Expert' screen : How come the 'Color Picker' is HALF displaying instead of FULL display.  Please help and let me know how to fix it.  There is no Scrolling Arrows to make a Full Display.  Thanks a lot for your help.

What is your screen resolution? Elements requires at least 1280x800
