Como puedo quitar el marco que aparece cuando uso la herramienta mano con el atajo de teclado H? De tal forma que me desplace por el documento sin necesidad de seleccionar una zona de trabajo.

It sounds like your using photoshop cc?

 

You should be able to press the Spacebar, which invokes the Hand Tool without the Birds Eye View (frame).

  • When zoomed into an image, press and hold the ā€œHā€ key (the cursor temporarily swaps to the hand tool). Click and hold in the image  – the image zooms out to ā€œfit in windowā€ and displays a ā€œzoom rectangle overlayā€. Drag the zoom rectangle over the desired zoom location and release the mouse/cursor to zoom (to the rectangular area). Then, release the ā€œHā€ key to return to the originally selected tool.
