"Chargement de l'espace de travail Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor" sur ADOBE ELEMENTS 2021

Quand j'ouvre l'adobe elements 2021 sur la partie editeur photo s'affiche ce message ( Chargement de l'espace de travail Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor ) puis le message s'efface et rien ne se passe, par contre l'editeur vidéo marche.

J'ai réinstaller le logiciel pas mal de fois sans succès.

S'il vous plait votre aide c'est très urgent.

Is this the first time you have installed the app or was it working before & suddenly stopped working? Please share some more details on the scenario as well so that we can debug this issue on our end.

Hi Bisht,

Laptop is DELL PRECISION 3561, windows10 PRO, this is first time i use it in this laptop.

I réinstall adobe many time and nothing work.

Have you installed any third party plug-ins or tried to update the ACR plug-in?  If so, try holding down the Shift key while launching the program to see if it makes a difference.

Are you opening it with an Administrator account?

Can you launch the program directly from the exe file? 

• Go to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2021 folder
• Right click on the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe file
• Choose Run as Administrator.

Note that the Photoshop Elements 2021 folder has a colored icon - not the normal yellow folder generally seen in Windows File Explorer.
