"Open With" feature

I would always use the right mouse "open with" feature on my photo and Photoshop Elements would ALWAYS open up my photo. I currently have PSE14. I did the free trial for PSE 2018. When my trial was over, this feature wouldn't open my photos anymore with the "open with" feature. It worked with the trial version, but now that I uninstalled 2018, I can't get it to work with PSE 14 anymore. Any suggestions? Sorry if I posted this in the wrong community as I couldn't find anything related to Photoshop Elements in the list. Maybe someone could direct me to the right forum.
