Raw Elements 11.4 Update

I have no need for the Raw Elements 11.4 update.  I wish to delete the message that keeps appearing asking me to install this.  In the past I have had problems with updates affecting older actions I use in PSE and would rather not install this one.  Is there a way to stop the messages appearing?
