I have the Canon 80d & I am unable to open and edit any raw files in PSE13...wondering what I need to do so that I can shoot in raw.

The free solution from adobe is to use the Adobe DNG Converter to convert the Canon 80D cr2s to dng copies, which should then open in pse 13.

A paid solution would be to upgrade to photoshop elements 2019 which handles those files without having to use the dng converter.
