Thanks, it solved the problem with Adobe Acrobat DC, but it did not solve the problem with Adobe Photoshop Elements 14.

The Elements Photo Editor dos not start!! It still give the same Error-code 213:11

The problems with Acrobat 12 did not solved! I still have same problems with both Acrobat 12 and Photoshop Elements 14. They will not start and the same error code 313:11 shows itself.

Please HELP!!!
