Photo Shop Element Editor doesn't work

I just bought Elements 2018, the Organizer and video Editor work, but Photo editor won't download from DVD

I branched this to a new discussion as you had replied to a three year old thread.

Did you purchase both Premiere Elements (the video editor) and Photoshop Elements (the photo editor)?

They are separate programs and will have separate installation files and serial numbers.
