Recap of Adobe Elements mobile app releases so far

Hello Everyone,

As part of the Photoshop Elements 2023 and Premiere Elements 2023 release, we had introduced iOS and Android mobile companion apps. Hope you had a chance to try the apps.

I want to take a moment to recap the Elements Beta Mobile App releases so far and open a thread for your feedback and any requests you may have.

Here’s what you can do with the Adobe Elements mobile app (Beta):

Upload photos and videos to the cloud for access in the Elements desktop and web apps.
Access, view, and share photos and videos.
One-click Quick Actions for photos - Auto Crop, Auto Straighten, Auto Tone, Auto White Balance, Remove Background.
Basic editing for photos: crop, rotate, transform, change aspect ratio.
New! Adjustments for photos - Exposure, Contrast, Highlights, Shadows, Temperature, Tint, Vibrance, Saturation etc.
New! Creations for photos - Auto Background, Moving Overlay, and Pattern Overlay.
View web app creations like slideshows and photo collages via the Elements Mobile app.
View media offline when the internet connection isn't available.
Store up to 2GB of photos and videos with free cloud storage.

If you do not have the app, scan the QR code or tap on the Google Play store badge below to access the app directly from your Android phone. You can also find the app by searching on Google Play.

For iOS, scan the QR code or tap on the Apple App Store badge below to access Apple TestFlight (needed for using Beta apps on iOS) directly from your iOS phone and follow the instructions to download and install the app.

Testflight wants a redeem code for IOS. I don't see that anywhere? Where do I get it?

Testflight is asking for a redeem code for me as well. I scanned the IOS code, installed TestFlight onto my iPad OS vestion 16.6. Who sends me a code? do I need a code? How do i get this to work on my iPad?

Hi @Lori32041274hpo2 the app does not need a redemption code as such but the Apple owned Testflight process does have some confusing points. Having said that, if you can message me your email ID I can trigger an invite to you for the iOS app and that should resolve your access issues. Please do note the app is not geared to iPads for now, and are targeted for the phones only.

I am having the same problem. It's frustrating. I was chatting with an actual person when they eventually told me to look in faq for help.

@krv218 , by same problem you mean redemption code? To clarify the Elements Mobile App does not need a redemption code, this is messaging presented by Apple which we cannot change. If the FAQ and helpx for mobile did not resolve the concern. We can trigger an email invite for Elements iOS app for you to help.

Hello,

I upgraded to PE2023 and installed on my Windows PC. I wanted the option to have the app on my IPad Pro but I have never used a BETA version of an app, when is the full version expected to be released? It is not available in the Apple App Store that I found.

Hi @DEBBIE30857358u8qa , the Elements iOS app is targeted for iPhones for now. Our helpx page https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/using/mobile-app-beta.html has detailed instructions on installing the iOS app and also has responses to some common questions. Being a beta app, the app is not discoverable by search on Apple App Store for now. Let us know if you need help.
