Is the redemption code for your operating system?

Have you previously used the redemption code?  It can only be used once to get a serial number.

I bought mine from best buy and the code wont work. Its Elements 2019 on windows 10.  Never used the code.  Straight out the box.  What gives?!

Not exactly.  Adobe didn't respond and I couldn't reach anyone. I took it back to best buy and gave me the - 'I'm sorry we don't accept open software, contact Adobe.'  I told them I tried and they don't care about their customers.  I tried with her for a while and said you are an authorized dealer,  you sell their product and there is obviously a issue somewhere in the nonsense system they put in place to get a product to work but no one wants to take responsibility.  They don't care,  you don't care...this is fraud.  She finally told me get another one from the shelf and swapped it out.  That code worked for me.  I would never purchase anything from them again. #adobesucks

A redemption code must be converted into a serial number. Sign-in at the link below and enter the numbers and letters. The resulting serial key will have 24 numbers (no letters) commencing 1057 for Photoshop Elements. You then launch the Editor, click licence this software and enter the 24 numbers.
