refine edge in elements 2021

Hi

When using refine tool in elements 2021, after making my alterations, I select new adjudtment layer with mask then ok but a new layer doesn't appear in my work space. I'd like someone to advise on how to overcome this problem.

Are you working in Quick mode?

You need to be in Expert mode to see the Layers panel.
