I have purchased and installed last week Photoshop Elements 2023. I did that in english, but I want to change the interface language into another language ( Dutch). How should I proceed? I presume I do not have to purchase another licence.
You don't need to purchase a new license. But you will have to uninstall the program and reinstall it. When you start the installation again, one of the first dialogs asks you to select the language.
