Reinstall Photoshop

I was having trouble saving jpeg in Photoshop after Windows update..  After reading may of these forums, I tried several of the options and finally tried to uninstall and reinstall but I can't reinstall without paying for it again.  I already paid for the product and just want to reinstall.

Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14

P.S. do you mean Photoshop Elements or Photoshop CC. If you have a Creative Cloud subscription you can install from the Apps Tab in CC desktop. Let us know if you have CS6 or earlier.
