reinstallation of photoshop elements 2018

My I Mac crashed and I had to start from scratch and reinstall my operating system. Now everything is up and running. I would like to reinstall adobe photoshop elements 2018 that I bought online but I'm not certain how to get this done. any help would be appreciated.

I am attempting to follow the link below but when I go to register my product it says my serial number was already used and it won't let me download it elements 2018 agian. I also got a new mac and am trying to redownload the program onto my new mac. Can someone help me?

@kenneth_6489 you have clicked on a link from a very old discussion.  If you go to the Products page of your Adobe account, you should find a download link and your serial number.  Elements 2018 will be listed as Photoshop Elements 16.
