Reinstalling PE13

I purchased Photoshop Elements a little over a year ago. Recently a few bugs have been appearing. I would like to Uninstall/Reinstall PE13. But, I bought it thru downloading from Adobe. How do I get another download from Adobe?

Thank you. I spent many hours on the phone to India, just wasn't getting anywhere.........and I looked and looked, couldn't find an answer anywhere........Thanks again.

Well,shoot.......after a day of uninstalling and reinstalling.......it does the same thing. I don't know how it knows......I completely uninstalled PE13,restarted the computer, then downloaded from the Adobe site, and it has the exact same problem. Frustrated, just going to buy the new version(PE 15), but feel like I'm being forced to.

THe problem is, after a year using it with no problems, is anything to do with the filters choices. I select say, colored pencil, on the work "page" it shows colored pencil, I am happy with the look and select the button "OK". I go back to the original "page" and the effects of the colored pencil are gone. It does this with all the filter choices......
