Remote deactivation

Hi, I have PSE 14 on my desktop in my house at home. I'm currently on vacation, and am trying to install my second copy of PSE onto my laptop, using the same serial number that I had used for my copy at home. However, I am told the code is invalid. I have checked it multiple times, and it is the same code. In October, I had attempted to download my second allowed copy onto another computer, also this was unsuccessful. I think that, despite it not fully working, I may have already used up my two allowed PSE copies, one on a computer I want, and another on one I no longer have access to. Is there any way to remotely deactivate the copy that I no longer need/can access? Thanks in advance,

Kyle.
