removal of pet eye effect in photoshop elements 11

how do I fix the pet eye effect in adobe photoshop elements 11, I've gone into remove red eye effect but when I click on the tool options bar I can't see the pet eye check box.

Pet eye is available in Photoshop Elements 12 onward versions.
