Removing photos from an Event in Elements Organizer

I have some photos that accidently got into the wrong Event in Elements Organizer 2020 Version 18.0 on Windows 10.

How do I remove them from the Event? The documentation only talks about getting them into the Event and then viewing them. Nothing on removing them from an event. I have added them to a new Event, but they still remain in the wrong Event as well.

Thanks in advance for any insight on this.

I'm not a big buff of Organizer but believe you might find an answer to your question here in the User Guide.

Make sure you are in the details view of the grid.
Select the erroneously tagged images.
Right-click on the Event tag that appears in the lower right of one of the images and click on the pop-up to Remove from "x" event.

You can do this either in the main grid or in the Named Events grid.
