Removing Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10 when uninstaller won't work.

Currrently running Catalina on my Mac and thus upgraded to Elements 2022. I want to remove the old application from my Mac but the unistaller won't work. How do I remove the application and all associated files?
