I have tried to put together a video using many still images and video clips of varying types (but mostly 720x480 25fps). I have successfully done this recently without problems using my Premiere Elements 13. When I rendered this batch, the stills at various points would race off at high speed like I had turned on "fast forward" and then goes back to normal with the next video clip. I removed that particular clip and rerendered. It does it before another video clip that it had not done it to before. Any ideas why? What can I do to fix this?
