Resizing Advanced Dialog Box

I have Adobe Elements (2018) and I'm using a Mac (OS X El Capitan 10.11.6).

When I upload photos from my camera (Nikon D810), they upload perfectly.  I hit "advanced dialog" at the bottom of the screen.  The next screen cuts off the buttons at the bottom so that I cannot click on them.

I've tried every button I could find to resize this window. Help!?

Try clicking on the Maximize button to fit the Photo Downloader to your screen, then grab the lower right hand corner and resize the dialog smaller.
