Moving a catalog from one computer to another via backup and restore. Restores completes successfully, then comes the message 'Preparing the Catalog', and it remains in this mode forever, like 2-3 days also. I think it may be rights issue with some folder, as i was facing the same thing while moving from elements 14 to 15 also.
But this time its from 15 to 15, same problem. Hope someone may find the solution to this.
