L'installazione fallisce.. Subito dopo Organizer non funziona più.

In community sono riportati diversi problemi su PS24. Che cosa si consiglia?  Allego il file dell'errore.

Something may be getting lost in translation.  Are you saying that after you tried to update the catalog, you were unable to open the Organizer?  Or are you talking about the recent update to the Elements 2024 program which has been causing some problems for users?

If you are unable to open the Organizer, here is my suggestion:

  • Press the Shift key while launching the Organizer.  This will open the Catalog Manager.
  • Create and open a new empty catalog
  • If the Organizer opens, go to Help>Install

Grande Greg.  Ho seguito nel dettaglio la spiegazione. Catalogo recuperato correttamente con  file *.CR2. Non reinstallato PSE24

THE 133 ERROR CODE typically indicates insufficent disc space.  How much free space doyou have on your hard drive?

The error code is 131 which indicates that you need to close the Organizer after you start the installation of Camera Raw.  I thought this installation problem had been fixed in the first update of Elements 24.  Perhaps it wasn't fixed in the Italian version.  In any event, simply close the Organizer and hit the error message's Continue button and it should proceed with installing the camera raw plug-in.

Rispondo a Glen8675809. Il mio PC è nuovo Asus Proart H7604.  Da proprietà: 779 GB disponibili su 952 GB. Nel mio caso errore 131 non è compatibile.

If you are unable to open the Organizer, here is my suggestion:

  • Press the Shift key while launching the Organizer.  This will open the Catalog Manager.
  • Create and open a new empty catalog
  • If the Organizer opens, go to Help>Install Camera Raw and start the installation
  • If you get the same Error 131, close the Organizer and any other Adobe programs, including the Elements Welcome Screen
  • Press the Continue button on the Camera Raw installation dialog.  Camera raw should now install properly.
  • If Camera Raw completes its installation, go to File>Restore Catalog and try to restore your Elements 2021 catalog again.  Use the same options as you used for the first attempt and allow the restore process to overwrite any of your photo/video files that have already been copied to your new computer.  Otherwise, you may end up with duplicates.  Alternatively, delete the files that were copied to the new computer in your first attempt.
