Yes, this is a follow-up.  To answer your question, it NEVER searches the pictures!  What you see on the screen shot is final!

Will the problem ever be solved?!

Pictures are stored on the SD Card in Samsung Note 8.

DCIM and Android folders are intact.

Will I have to quit using Photoshop Elements 2019?
