Save for web doesn't line up images correctly in 2024 edition (Windows)

I haven't experienced this in earlier versions.

Save for web won't line up correctly, a picture says a thousand words. Could anybody using the 2024 edition on Windows (or maybe on Mac, please specify) please confirm the issue?

I regularly do cutouts with white backgrounds, I have to keep moving the object to the right to center it.

EDIT - I've since found that the issue appears to be more to do with the preview itself rather than the final saved result.

Thanks...

Do you experience this issue with 2024?

I'm looking for feedback please

Do any of your filters like Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur show similar in the preview?

I haven't seen this on the Windows side with photoshop elements 2024, but there was a problem like this on the Mac side in Photoshop CC, however, one often can't use the same solution for one or the other operating system, because obviously they use very different coding.

"Gaussian Blur" works fine.
When you say "haven't seen this on the Windows side with photoshop elements 2024", just need some clarification, have you actually checked this recently?

Appreciate your help.

Update.
Firstly I clarification as I misreported this. Actually it does seem to be a "scale and layout" issue in Windows, if it's set at 100% it works OK. My scaling is set at 150%. This is definately a bug however as this worked before in previous versions.

To make things super clear I've made a video (erata: I say I'm running 22.0 but I'm actually running 24.0):

Does anybody know how to email Adobe for support on photoshop elements? (or is there a web form?).
I need to create a ticket. I see a chat option but they are closed.
