Sections of picture missing

HI all, hope someone can help.

When I open some pictures taken by myself or by someone else in adobe elements 2018 its cutting sections of the picture off as if its cropping it when its opening it.

The pictures might help see what i mean.

Is it constrained by the size of the Editor window? Try pressing Ctrl+zero or Cmd+zero

Thanks, already tried that its zoomed out as far as possible

Try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.

I've given it a go but no luck, this problem is also on other peoples computers on a course i just did, it seems to only happen in elements and not photoshop.
