Hi, I have Photoshop Elements 14 and since updating my MacBook Pro to the new model, running High Sierra 10.13.3, the select tools don't appear to be working as they used to? In particular the refine selection brush tool, that used to select difficult edges such as hair in the past no longer works at all. The selection seems patchy and almost random... Any suggestions?
