You can install Adobe applications on more than one computer, activate them (sign in) on two, but use them on only one computer at a time. To activate apps on a third machine, you’ll need to deactivate (sign out) on one of the two current computers first.
Is it possible that over the years you have not carried out required deactivation as indicated?
This is a user-to-user forum and you will have to contact Adobe directly as to this issue.

When you go to Adobe Customer Service as suggested by hatstead (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person, and only ask to have your activations reset.
