How do I find my serial number if I don't have the case it came in?

No way and at this point it's likely utterly irrelevant, anyway. those old versions won't even install on contemporary computers/ operating systems.

If PSE7 is currently installed, you can try running the Belarc Security Advisor on the computer and see if it can find the serial number.  This has worked for me in the past for some Adobe products; however, Elements 7 is quite old.

Also, if you've registered your Elements 7 software with Adobe, the serial number might still be available if you login at:
