Hi all, I had Elements 14 installed on my pc. I have signed out and have it uninstalled. I installed it on my laptop and now I get the message that the serial number is in use for the maximal amount of computers. I have clicked on "Activate again. I have deactivated one of my other computers". But nothing happens.
Try contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com. Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Make it clear that you only want to deactivate your computers. Once that is done, you will be able to activate the program again on two machines.
