serial number invalid Photoshop Elements 15 en Premiere Elements 15 after a year use

New Here ,
May 11, 2017 May 11, 2017

I work almost a year with Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14. My operating system is Windows 7. Suddenly, when I start up the program, he answers that the serial number is invalid. The serial numbers I give as an answer are the same as in my account.

I reinstalled the programs, put in the figures in both modes, I deleted the activation database files nothing helps.

Please a solution.

Greetings Frans
