Serial Number? (not listed--cannot use the program anymore)

Hi,

I purchased Adobe Elements 14 online (Apple Store), but I do not know its serial number.

There was a problem, so I had to reinstall the program, but when I reopened it, it asked for the serial number, which I do not have and is not listed in my Adobe account. Can you please help me?

Try contacting Apple.  They may have a record of it.
