Meine Damen und Herren,

heute habe ich PSE 2019 gekauft und versuche nunmehr gem. den Anweisungen der Beipackkarte via Abruf-Code

die Seriennummer abzurufen.

Schritt 1 "www.adobe.com/go/getserial_de" aufrufen klappt

Schritt 2 "Anmeldung via  ID" klappt

Schritt 3 "Geben Sie bei Aufforderung den ... Abruf-Code ein" - klappt nicht. Es erfolgt keine Aufforderung.

Wer kann mir wie helfen ?  Danke Astrid
