Hvor finner jeg Serienummer til Element 15?

Har brukt et tidligere serienummer, men får beskjed at det er ugyldig!!

Find your serial number

if your pse 15 is an upgrade from an earlier version, when installing you'll be prompted for your pse 15 serial number.  if an earlier qualifying version is not also installed you will be prompted to select the earlier qualifying version and then enter its (the earlier version's serial number).

enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.

I have managed to find the serial number. Have installed the element 15, and when I try to start it it gives me the message: "The program could not be started, "program error"

I have used the Element 12, from 2012, and have not had any error with that. I use the Windows 8.

Hi,

Can you please try after resetting the preferences file of Photoshop Elements. For this:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift  immediately while launching the Photoshop Elements editor.  A dialog will come , click Yes to delete the file.

Hi,

You are trying to install PSE15 on MAC OS 10.7.5. PSE15 supports 10.10 or later OS only.

Please post a screenshot of the Error. Have you tried launching Organizer or Editor?
