Sharing options have disappeared in Elements 2019

I went to email a photo attachment today from Elements 2019 and all of my sharing options were gone except for Twitter and Flickr.  They were there before because I used them.  Does anyone know how I can get them back?

Try going to Edit>Preferences>Adobe Partner Services, and hitting the Refresh button:

Facebook no longer allows direct sharing from Elements.  This is Facebook's decision, not Adobe's.
